Reservations will be available nine months in advance. This is the only way to ensure that the reservation process is fair for all guests.

Cancellations do happen from time to time, our cancelation policy is;

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, a 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Disclaimer

Owyhee Irrigation District has the right to remove scheduled reservations from the calendar when necessary. There may be times when the district will need the cabins due to unforeseen maintenance or an emergency on the compound or at the Dam. The District will notify the guest as soon as feasibly possible, but we can not guarantee a length of time of notice.
