Standard Public Record Request ($25.00 per request)
In order to recover labor & material costs for responding to public records requests, the District will apply a $25.00 Public Record Fee for all Standard Public Record Requests.
Copies & Record Requests that require additional research will be applied a fee based on number & size of copies & amount of time required to conclude the requested public record request.
If you have been given a quote for additional fees for your request, please use the Special Public Record Request Product to submit your payment

Owyhee Irrigation District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
