Standard Public Record Request ($25.00 per request)
In order to recover labor & material costs for responding to public records requests, the District will apply a $25.00 Public Record Fee for all Standard Public Record Requests.
Copies & Record Requests that require additional research will be applied a fee based on number & size of copies & amount of time required to conclude the requested public record request.

Owyhee Irrigation District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
